Fitting Pajero Intercooler to 2.5TD Triton

Has anyone fitted an intercooler/plumbing and bonnet scoop from a 2.5L Turbo Diesel Pajero to a MJ Triton 2.5Turbo Diesel. Is there much involved in the modification and is there any significant improvements in power/economy.
