A friend of ours has recently bought a Turbo Diesel Nissan Navara which he is going to use when he accompanies us on the Anne Beadell Hwy next year. Another aquaintance who has one and who lives and works out in that part of SA remarked that the vehicle was great except he felt the
suspension was a bit soft for that country. Has anybody out there had experience with suitable aftermarket
suspension options that might help.
Thanks,
Jim

Mine's asimilar vehicle, bit older. I've got Old Man Emu springs, torion bars and shockers and they made a real difference. I've spoken to two owners of the TD models with the same set up and they love it too. I saw a TD Navara outside ARB on Friday that had just had LR tanks fited, he'd already fitted OME
suspension and was planning on doing a long across Oz journey on tracks such as the Anne Beadell, he seemed pretty cluey in the few moments I chatted with him

Thanks Toohey and Navaraman,
Will print off the answers and give them to my neighbour and then its up to him. My own vehicle is a TD100 GXL L'Cruiser and I did the same with it. Heavy OME shocks, 400Kg springs plus Polyairs and reset the torsion bars. Yesterday it had 900kgs of Handiwall bricks in it without any bother.
Ta,
Jim
