If u r after a decent one and not a K-Mart toy I have the e-mail of a member of this
forum that got me a Bush
Ranger Max Air for $285 which is $100 less than retail and he didnt charge me frieght. Let me know and I will send u his email, I dont have it with me at the moment. He also has ARB compressors for $280. He runs a wholesale business.
The Max Air puts out 75L per min which can pump up my tyers from 18psi to 34psi in about 45secs.
Cheers

Hi,
Just from my expierence on compressors......
I had a MAX AIR......stupid me sold it after the arb air locker went in. If you want to get one, go the MAX AIR, spend the money and have the best...in my opinion.
For that price its
well worth the investment. Some may disagree but I give you the advice FREE.....lol

I have just bought myself last week the small Bushmaster Compressor from TJM.
I think from memory it had the MOST litres @ Minute, but remember, those litres are free litres, not under pressure. Good little unit, big enough for both my Honda & Delica.
I am informed that it WILL reseat a tubeless as
well.
Price was low $200.00 from memory.
Cheers

Warren,
Depends on how often you use it. If it's going to get a lot of use get a good one. If you're like me and only use it a couple of times a year a cheapie may serve you
well. I bought one from Big W for $70 and it pumped the tyres from 15 psi to 35 psi in 4 minutes per tyre. I wouldn't however depend on it to do a dessert crossing, but for my ocassional use it is fine.
Depends on what your needs are.
Cheers,
Jim.

Look at the Trader section for the Max Air at $285 delivered. I've just recently bought this unit from the Trader, delivered in 2 days. It has a nice carry bag & looks impressive. PS: I have'nt used it yet!

my 20 cents worth.. big w have a generic 72 l/min for $90. it is bilt in the same factory as max air but accessorised different. ie no wet weather cover over power switch, different valve clamp, air filter in different port. i have read that all the lookalike 72 l/mins cost about $50 in china.....adrian
