First aid kit suggestions

G'day,

This looks like a good kit to get going with:

Look at the Off Road 4WD Kit (601801)

It has a top tray with compartments and then some storage underneath. There's also a soft pack version.

Both of those kits look good. I suppose in the end it comes down to personal preference whether to go with the hard kit or the soft pack.

The only things that would be great to add to either would be some rigid cardboard to make effective arm or leg splints and a good quality First Aid book.

Most of the other items would get you out of strife though.
