Hi Willie,
Lucky you going to such a gorgeous spot. We stayed there in early May this year. We aren't fisherfolk, so I can't give you any help there, but we camped at Aragunnu
campsite which was fantastic. Hopefully it isn't school holidays when you are there, because I gather it gets very busy. There are very adequate long drop loos, which make life a bit more comfy. The place was filled with birds (including a very laid back Lyrebird), lots of butterflies, beautiful wallabies and very naughty possums (lock up your rubbish). There were also signs of other animals and there were heaps of flowering plants. If you are after really good coffee, go to the internet cafe in Bermagui.
Enjoy your trip.
Anni

Gee Anni ,
That was quick . Thanks for the info . I will try
the spot for sure . I clicked on your rig photo and looked at your landscape photos . They are nice but can you tag them with a location so I can tell where you've been .
Thanks again ,
Willie .

Hi Willie,
Gillards Beach, very nice spot good
camping in seperate sites each with its own fireplace/bbq. Good beach and reasonable fishing. Some reasonable 4x4
trails in the southern forests around here (note for the greenies... there is more area under old growth forest in SW NSW than the entire area of Scotland...) Near
Camel Rock at Bermagui
the beach is clothes optional and quite frequently great games of mixed nude cricket can be played here. If you are into black bream fishing try the Black
Lagoon off
Wallaga lake. For a very nice, though sensibly priced meal try the old pilot station at
Tathra....This part of the coat is just heaven....
