I know around the traps there has been some questions about the strong arm carriers and where to get them from, though I cant remember if it was this
forum or another one so sorry in advance if its not from here
We had our strong arm dual wheel carriers with rear bar fitted on Thursday to our 100 series standard, replacing the kaymar single carrier which was bent....and to say we are extremely happy with the strength and the workmanship is an understatement and it cost us around the $2500 mark fitted.
We are in Vic by the way and not affiliated with them at all, just happy customers (so far hehe) if you want to have a sticky yourself its at ALL Terrain 4X4 690 South Rd Moorabbin (03) 9532 5558 or email allterrain4x4@bigpond.com
Hope this doesnt break any rules?

Good Morning Phil
What happened to the KAYMAR.
This is the first report of damage/distortion to a KAYMAR Bar and/or Bar accessory that I have seen in 3 years on this
forum.

Hi Ken
We bought the cruiser through Orix, it was owned by Atsic before us and the damage happened in the 18 months they owned it. The car was used all over
Cape York and the damage was done during that time. We only found the damage when Phil was doing a complete all over service to the car within the first couple of months of owning it. Considering its earlier life was surprised that it was the only problem with it that we have found in the 18 months we have owned it.
I really cant help you with why you havent heard about it on this
forum LOL But There are a few stories around of Kaymar bars having some damage/distortion we heard most of them through the cruiser list. That is where the strong arm was originally mentioned. But to be fair the Kaymar is not the only product mentioned though.

have had a strong-arm dual wheel carrier on my 80series for 6 mths and could not be happier. Structurally strong and priced much much cheaper than kaymar

creates problems with rear springs ie have to go very h/d and maybe airbags(but prob have to do same for kaymar setup)
2. swing away wheel opens very wide and can cause problems on narrow rds
