mq swb gearbox swap

HI,has anybody put the gq 5speed into a mq swb.Any info would be great.

From looking at both, having been an owner of both, I reckon it's definitely not a direct swap. Different engine block, bell housing, gearbox primary shaft and ratios. I don't know of any adaptor kits, but that doesn't mean they dont exist.
GQ box entirely different to an MQ box.
Major excercise looming, methinks.

Dunno now about the GQ box swap.But what about the 5 speed MK box that will bolt straight up . You will need MK tail shafts .
