Terrano- need help again.

I have to redo the head on the ole Terrano, so instead of pating someone to disassemble i am doing it my self, with help of course. I am after the torque settings for the rocker arms, intake and exhaust manifolds. and if thier are any tips of suggestions for this job, the advice would be apprieciated. (91 Nissan Terrano TD27)
