Did anyone else who saw the show wish they could have back those two hours of their life? The lead up to it on the panel, and the TV ads was so much funnier....
I guess they used all the funny bits in the advertising........
just my 2 cents...

Chumpion:
Nah - you were lucky. I gave it almost an hour before I gave up on it. Very predictable - one stupid mishap follows another - gets tiresome after a while. I think Russel is best suited to short sketches. Two hours is tooooo much.

Goota agree with Chumpion......what a let down. At the end of it, Annette & I looked at each other and said "what a waste of time"....it's a shame, cos we laughed a lot during the first series a couple of years back.....very predictable.

I must be in the minority, I enjoyed it.
So did my son.
It was a pleasure to watch a movie without cringing every 5 minutes worrying about a #@$%@# word or sexual reference.
It carries on the great Aussie tradition of taking the mickey out of ourselves.
I am sure others enjoyed it but are a bit worried about posting because of the replies they may get.

i am right there with you, i enjoyed it, and he should be put back on tv, i guess it is just a select humour that everyone does not enjoy,
as for the comments about toyota's, obviously you must own a nissan and trying to make yourself feel better about buying it so SHUT UP!

jb,
Talk about select humour, I reckon rick was "only joking" with his comments about toyotas............RELAX!
I'm a huge Coight fan and was realy looking forward to the show but as with some others I thought this one was a tad boring a couple of funny lines, I reckon the "celebrities" could of been a bit more radical or out there type of people, usualy I laugh like buggery at the "pridictable" misfortune that comes his way, but this show for some reason seemed to lack something.

"No let's save some time, get the explosives!" - probably the funniest scene in the show I would say. Took me a few minutes to recover from the belly ache.
With all the talk about hand
winches being used to remove trees and stumps, who need them. Jelly any day!
