I have a '96 troopy with the factory blacked out tail lamps and wish to fit a set of full working lamps(brake-indicator-reverse )to the vehicle.would anyone be able to suggests models of troopy's that had this configuration ,or even mid wheel bases and swb taillights that would fit straight into my rig and hopefully utilize my existing loom.It seems a strange law to black them out even though it is a barn door vehicle, you would think the more light at the rear of your rig would be better, especially as they are more at eye height than your bumper lights.
while i am a new visitor member this site is awsum ,very informative and seemingly a great community of fwd lovers .
any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated guys

Try Don Kyatt spares. I replaced my blacked out lights a few years ago - made up my own loom ext' to reach lamps in bumper - well worth doing as a safety thing. Lens were surprisingly inexpensive.

I did mine, got em from Don Kyatt. Spose the price reflects the lack of quality in terms of sitting and screwing in properly along with the lack of dust proofing into the lenses.
