I found someone who will do a conversion for me from my stuffed 2.8 GU to a TD42T. Car was picked up today and delivered to their workshop and will be ready for pickup in a weeks time (touch wood). More details can be seen on my website
I hope things go
well.......
Regards
David

Nice website David.
Hope the conversion all goes
well. At 170000k, that TD42T should still be a youngster!

Hi David,
I had your website already down as a favourite - just didn't make the connection.
I have a 2.8 GU as
well so have been following your recent problems with some interest. I noticed that you have previously run a Motson's power unit and found this to be of benefit. What have you done with this now that you have pulled the engine out? If you have no use for it and considering to sell it then please contact me.
I hope the transplant goes
well and you are back on the road soon.
Regards,
Hugh
