Hi, can anyone advise me if there is a relative simple way of lifting the IFS on a HiLux other than cranking up the torsion bars so far you have virtually no suspension travel and such a harsh ride the fillings drop out of your teeth on corrigated roads! One suggestion has been larger tyres, but these have added complications with messed up speedos and the need to widen mudguards, rubbing on inner guards etc. Is there a bolt on bit (doing the same job as lift kits or bigger coils on the older HiLux suspensions) available anywhere in Oz? The rear leaf springs are not a problem, just the front IFS. There are rumours of hugely expensive IFS liftkits in the US that require the replacement of the whole front end (wishbones, crossmembers etc). Are these available in Oz? Anyone used them?
