Mark,
take it to an auto sparkie, or just use a big screw driver and pry it out, at the bottom of the switch

in my SsangYong Musso is it easy to tell whether in over drives or not. You can feel the difference and the power .

its a bit of a pain , but can be done with a little patience. You need to remove the cluster to do it . Remove the top and bottom plastic surounds , be carefull there are some hidden screws that are a pain in the backside.

2 behind the ashtray , next to the vents once you undo the 4 screws that hold the cluster in you will find 5 plug in looms that go into the back of it , unclip these and cluster will come out . then you will find twist plugs on the mack of the cluster count the number of lights un from the center to know which one to change .

That could be a rather defamatory supposition to be making!!
