I would beleive your manifold will work much better than extractors , Unless you custom built some at over 2 K . I would spend money on a good flow exaust instead .
I always found extractors to be a pain , they melt everything in sight and destray starter ect ,. from the heat they give out

They do NOTHING to a TD42..
They did 0 to
mine with including a new 2.5in mandrel bend except make more noise..
... but you will get people who will defend their expenditure to the death swearing they gained 1000kw at the
wheels from em.
Save up for a snail... then you will be much happier.

Uhhmm... pardon my ignorance here - but how do you (and why would you) fit extractors to a turbocharged engine? It would look pretty weird with the turbo down near the bell housing.....

Whoops! - maybe that was a silly post - the engine designation is "TD42", which doesn't necessarily mean "Turbo Diesel".....
Sorry :( ... It would be nice to be able to edit or delete your own posts before committing them....

I'm just after a little more power without the great exspense. Because I have mechanical injection, TUNIT can't be used. If I was to go turbo what would I look for to best suit my motor.
Thanks
