Was just thinking what is the most reliable clocks for taking bush that helps you wake up etc. is there brand i should look out for ?

Most mobile phones will do the trick Niki.
Or try a small travel alarm clock

yep most have alarms these days
if that doesnt go off for some silly reason dont worry.....some one will ring!!

Ditto. The mobile phone works for me with the added bonus that twenty km from home I have no coverage so nobody can annoy me anyway

Internal clock...just tell yourself you want to wake up at 6am and it will happen.
If you are an old bugger then your bladder should wake you up early....lol
