Hi all,
I am looking to replace the Sunroof on my 1986 Toyota 60 series Sahara.
Mine has rusted out & is too far gone to repair. If anyone knows where I could find one in reasonable condition, I would love to hear from you.

Hi Chris,
I justwent throught the samething with
mine (1985 FJ62 Sahara) . I had to either get one made up or buy one from toyota. Ended up getting one from toyota......$800!!! The otherway to go is to get a plate welded in. All the ones at wreckers are rusted out too!

Thats very strange, I have a 1983 Sahara and the sunroof is as good as the day it was put in. The car has been rustproofed since new but I'm sure they don't do the roof. Maybe just lucky.

As Chappo said all the ones I have ever seen at wreckers are rusty or they want new price for them, I lucked out about 12 months ago on a entire import HJ61 roof with intact glass sunroof for $550, I am told glass is fairly common in post 87 Jap spec
grey imports. All Four in Dandenong have imports from time to time, pricey though.
