Question am looking at millard 1980 22' sleeps 6 sh/lav/ dual axel, room air con is it over 2 tonne? Do electric disc brakes have to be fitted?. Am in Queensland. Sort of have to know A.S.A.P as am looking at it tomorrow.

It should already be fitted with electric brakes as standard.
Even in 1980 it was illegal to sell a caravan that size without a proper approved braking system. By 1980 electric brakes were pretty standard and vacuum brakes had thankfully died out.
