Has anyone used the GPS advertised at the side of this page with OziExplorer. It looks a very attractive option, especially if it is powered through the USB cable.

Bob,

The unit we have support NMEA and the USB connection simulates a COM port so it will work fine with OziExplorer. We added this units to the site due to the increasing number of people wanting a cheap GPS solution to use with OziExplorer. Why spend heaps on a mapping unit with all the bells and whistles when you only want a data feed to a laptop, or even as a backup unit they are very affordable.

Be aware that the GlobalSat BT308 and USB GMouse BU303 can be used with MAC Computers along with any Microsoft Windows OS after Win95.
