Hi all

Any one know of any thing that will remove older pin striping from the side of a 4wd, I dont wish to mark the paint work using a scraper etc etc just to get it off.

tommyt,

Use hairdrier, followed by eucalyptus oil, to clean up any old glue.

Seen it all, Done it all.
Can't remember most of it.

If that doesn't work why not go to the local panel repair shop, they must do it all the time.

Wurth make a buffer pad which goes in the drill, or die grinder for this job, be prepared for the unfaded paint to deal with under the stripes when you remove them.
