with the supposily recall of gu nissans because of c/c problems,it adds to its sorry list of failures this vehicle has had since its introduction
if you take into account ; blown engines, gearbox & clutch failures, computer & electrial problems, tailights popping out + many other issues, it would haf to be the worse piece of pressed tin to leave japan.
it is written in many magazines that nissan are one of the great engine builders of the world/

nissan are one of the great engine builders of the world/

Dont renault build the 3.0l motors.

Seems to me the 4.2 , and 4.5/4.8 go ok.

Oh well , to each their own.

If anyone gets the "Choice" magazine, there is a recall of all products on the back page. Should sit down and read a few months worth, it's quite interesting. Some of the "great" cars like BMW, Mercedes etc etc all have recalls. The last one I read for for a steering rod which can break at high speed on a BMW.
I guess what I am trying to say is this: There is so many recalls going on with vehicles, electrical equip, toys etc etc that it is very unfair to pick on one or two who make the news.
Obviously "enu" does not like Nissans for one reason or another. This probably isn't the place to complain though. Leave it for the pub. There is many happy Nissan owners (be it 4wd or standard veh's) who love their cars and don't really want to hear from someone who is having a bad day.

only this morning, I bought a Fredo frog, and it was UP SIDE DOWN in the packet. Clearly a major recall is required, and Cadbury are the worst chocolate makers in the world.......

many years ago in my poor but alchoholic student days, we used to drink Cider in fact Lillydale sweet cider.

Now somone at the plant obviouslt had not learned to laod the labelling machine properly becasue a damn lot of labels were upside down.

So much so that we got into the habit of ordering " Lillydale sweet cider," and in the poshest plum-in-mouth voice adding "upright label please"

Sadly the product is now gone....probably a recall!!

It just gets worst.

My current motocross bike, built by YAMAHA, has it's front forks UPSIDE DOWN.

Yamaha clearly can't built bikes anymore!

David the labels were put that way so when you put the bottle to your mouth tilt your head back and invert the bottle too drink you can read the label right side up.
