Camping Falls Creek over NY.

G'day all, I'm heading down to
Falls Creek for 3-4 days over the New Year period and was wondering what vehicle based
camp sites there are up there south of the village. Intend doing a few walks including Mt
Bogong.

G'day Tony, I'm not sure how far south you want to go but from memory the first
camp ground heading south from falls along the
Bogong high plains road is about 15-20 kms. I think it's lonfords, it's got
toilets but not much else. About 5km further on there is a
camp ground on the right which we
camp at when we are up that way, it has nice shady spots and some tables and fire
places as
well as
toilets.

Thanks Kim (mr), I will be going in from the
Omeo end, there is a
camp shown on the West Langford Aqueduct so that must be the 15-20k one, other one must be around Raspberry Hil then, which is about 3-4k further on towards
Omeo. I will check this one out first.
