Lawrence,

When I bought a one from the trader section I called Milford and they faxed me the instruction sheet. Unfortunately I got rid of it but you should contact them direct. They were quite happy to do it.

If you bought just the barrier, and not a complete unit - you will have to buy the mounting kit. You probably already have it, but mine didn't when I bought my GQ barrier second-hand.

I went to my local ARB store and bought the mounting kit for about $40 and it came with the instructions. Pretty simple to install - as long as you don't mind the huge holes you have to cut in the inner roof structure. Just be bloody careful with your hole-cutter in the drill - don't press so hard that you go through to the outer skin......

Just a tip I was given by the guy who installed mine.
At the top mounting points in the upper roof structure a hole of about 1" (25mm) from memory has to be drilled to allow a sandwich plate to fit behind the panel.
A holesaw is used to drill this hole but the fitter had filed back the holesaw teeth edges slightly. Doing this lessens the chance of the holesaw grabbing as it cuts through the panel and dragging the holesaw and centre arbor drillbit through to the outer roofskin and possibly drilling right through your outer roof.
Regards Andrew.

Thanks to all for that, I priced a kit over here (2 prices $60 and $75) then fitting ranged from ........ $120 down to $87, so i figure that due to the risk (have to see me on a drill to understand just how risky) of putting a sunroof over the rear seats is, I have decided to get it done, don't think can go wrong at $87. So many thanks to all for the help......... :)
