I have an 2001 Rodeo twin cab that is leaking
water when it rains. After it rains I end up with a puddle of
water in the passenger side foot
well.
Does anyone have any idea where the
water may be getting in?
TIA
Paul

Been running wires lately?
I ran some wires in through a grommet on the passenger side footwell. The big sucker with a zillion wires coming through it. I didn't seal it properly and when it rained the floor got wet. There is also apparently a build fault or something that leaves a hole somewhere in that area above the footwell. I've not had a problem with it but if you search around on the forums you might find out what it is exactly. Whatever it was I don't think it was at all difficult to fix.

Utemad,
I have just bought it and I know
driving lights and a UHF were removed so that may be the problem. I'll have a look around tonight.
Thanks

Sounds like way to much
water to be coming through the engine bay or fire wall.
My guess is that the windscreen needs resealing..........be warned........it will very likely appear that it is perfect.........but dont be fooled.
Next time its raining...........its time to get out with the torch and have a really good look see.
Try starting at the bottom and following the wet patch upwards........that will often give best results.
Actually after just re reading ur post..........if u have a puddle then its almost certain its a windscreen seal.

I would go to a good holden dealer. I bought my rodeo off a guy that had that same prob. but I cant for the life of me remember what it was because I noticed some silicone on the plastic screws that hold the wiper trim that goes blow the windscreen. Or maybe call holden customer service.
