I sent one final shout after him to stick to the track, to which he replied “All right,” That was the last ever seen of Gibson - E Giles 23 April 1874

Pretty standard practice with mags, and especially before Xmas. Liked this issue because of the good write-up for the Suzuki XL7. Then again, I would say that wouldn't I?

Hi Matt,
Yeh i just got mine too... just waiting for the Staun tyre deflators to arrive some time soon i hope.
Did you check out the "Readers Write" on page 15? The 2nd story called "shocked".
I am amazed that Toyota could change what was soooo good into something that is causing big problems. The picture supplied on the page said it all $12,000 repair bill would kill me im affraid.
This is NOT a go at Toyota guys, I have the up most respect for their products, I just get frustrated when people change what was GREAT in the first place to something second rate just for the sake of comfort for those who use these vehicles for city driving.
I cant imagine how i would feel if that was me out in the middle of nowhere, sure would make me think twice about taking it out again.

Then again, who knows how hard it was being driven at the time. I know one thing from expierence, The most important thing when i go offroad is the fact that My GQ has to get me back home. So i do what i know it is capable of without taking silly risks. Got to go...still got 261 pages to read :-)
