Hi
I have acquired an import TLC HZJ77. it's a LWB 5 door wagon with a 4.2 non turbo deisel auto and leaf springs all round. It's going to be used on an extended trip around Oz including some towing as
well some outback journeys. Has anyone got any knowledge, experience or
views on this landcruiser model. It seems to be a heavy duty vehicle with higher trim and comfort levels than say a troopy.
Thanks

Go to the Overlander
forum and send a note to 'Baby Troupe' as he has one but I think it has 4 cylinder engine. His is actually badged as a Prado. sounds like yours may be aslightly different beast with the six and normal Troopy
suspension.
How about posting some pics?

Why the heck didnt Tojo send the 5 door to Australia is beyond belief. Must have thought we aere desperate to accept anything. Long reach thru to the luggage in a troopie!

Hi
If i am not mistaken, it is not a 5 door 70 series troupy...but an extended bundera (if i can put it that way). Ive looked at one, badged a Prado, with cart spring
suspension, high trim level, plenty of chrome, etc etc...it was a 4 cylinder turbo diseasal aswell. Yota usually offer a NA version...they seem to like them like that over there.
