Go to www.redbook.com.au and check out suggested prices for the Troopy. $15 grand does seem a bit high. I would suggest something under $9000 would be more apprpriate

Still too much money, mate. Around $6000 is tops. The accessories don't count. HJ60 is pretty rugged truck. Things to look for is roof rust and under sill rust.

well had a look at the hj60 again boy are they rugged bench
seat in the front split 60/40 vinyl seats no carpet. now this is what I call a 4x4 drag the boots in with all the mud and then just hose out afterwoods. The main thing going for this rig is the reco motor and turbo. Its got everything on it
snorkel turbo timer cruise air con cargo barrier tinted windows bullbar with side steps and side protection brand new spare wheel carrier on the rear 12mnths rego huge roof rack but still has the skinny tyres and rims appears to have no rust qnd a winch which i will test tomorrow. What is the top speed I would get out of this rig.

You should be able to cruise at 120kmh but that might get you into trouble. Sounds like a good rig. Some of the HJ60's came out standard with window tint, side steps, bullbar etc. I still wouldn't pay $10,000 for it but then it is your money and it is for you to make that judgement.
