You can use
Perth Streetsmart digital maps with OziExplorer - I think they are produced by DLI (formerley DOLA). Give
Perth Map Centre (formerly Map World) a ring. Maps are same as that used in Streetsmart Street Directory book (not to be confused with UBD who also make a CD that is NOT compatible with OziExplorer). I dont know if there is a current edition available..I have 2002 version.
I am not sure about other capital cities. Try the OziExplorer Yahoo user group if you fail to get a response here.
The CD maps have calibration data as "world" files (for use with Arcview..for example). This calibration data can be imported directly into OziExplorer using the File - Import Map - All DRG Maps on CD function.
Cheers
Greg
