Can anyone advise me on suitable components to replacing and upgrading the front and rear
suspension on a 98 Terrano 2, ie torsion bars, rear springs and Shocks

I have h/d Kings Springs on the rear of mine and will up grade the front bars when I get around to it one day. The rear springs are a little on the stiff side but allow you to carry a load without too much sag in the rear. I have been told that Kings make most of
the springs for aftermarket supliers anyway.
I have Rancho 5000's all round and find them quite good. The front ones were a little fiddly to fit as the eye wouldn't fit in the mount on the lower control arm and it need some adjustment with a hammer to make them fit.

how do you know which ones to get
You find companies that sell them, you tell them what you want to do with the car, and they will tell you which ones to get.

I got mine through Active 4x4 in
Newcastle (Berisfield) amd i know that ARB also have a listing for Old Man Emu to suit. A lot of the components are the same as for a pre '97 Pathfinder/Navara, it is just the body that is different
