When are you talking of going? EG time of yr?
people can recommend 100
places, but its luck of the draw if you can get one with shade and wind break when you get there.

Try Port Vincent as it is on the Eastern side of the Peninsular. Should be less windy there although March is usually less windy anyway. Ignore Aussie chef Warren though as he is pretty biased. He does
cook a mean meal at the pub though.

Yes Des lol
I am a bit Bias when it comes to port Vincent
Lets see now Tidiest town in the nation 3 out of the last 6 years ( you cant go in the tidiest town comp the year after you have won it lol )
Port VIncent is the premier place to stay on the Paninsular & we have 2 caravan parks both have good shelter from the wind & the wind isnt too bad in March + the wind only blows a little really late in the afternoon
which being a trailer sailer owner lol we dont mind here
Ask Pesty he stayed @ the caravan park on the point in early December
If you come up this way as des said i'm the head chef @ the hotel come up & just ask for meand say hullo
A very friendly place port Vincent
See Alan I wasnt that bias lol
