We will be caravaning in the NT mid year and have to fly back to Brisbane from Darwin on May 31 for a couple of weeks. We need to store our 'Cruiser and 24' van in our absence. Whilst I'm sure we can organise something with a park when we get there the thought occurred to me that someone with some space to spare could assist in return for some cooling libations or other graft to be negotiated.
Seriously, we'd travel happier knowing someone responsible was keeping an eye on our gear.

Go to camera house / kodak express / what ever in the main mall in town.

Ask for Micheal Coyne, tell him what's doin, take some xxxx gold with you. I am sure he will let you leave your rig at his place, just out of town.

Hi Mick,

my brother lives at Humpty Doo if that is an option for you, 40k out of Darwin just along the Ahrnem Hwy. There is enough room to set up camp in the front yard.

Regards
Andy

Andy.
Thanks. That could be helpful. Even if we left the van at Humpty Doo & drove the "Cruiser into town. Much easier to leave the ' cruiser around town than the whole outfit. If you could email me a contact no to oldsontour@aol.com we'll make contact closer to the time.
Much appreciated.
