No power for several hours last night here in
Perth. The Surf was on axel stands in garage as I'm doing the brakes etc etc. One of my neibgours cranked out his little GMC thing as was stinkin me out with Two Stroke Fumes...
Hmmm, oh
well stuff it. Cranked the surf over hooked up my power boards behind the 109cm widscreen TV, stereo, sub, digital setop box etc etc, plugged in a pedistal fan (it was bloody hot) and a 75w desk lamp all to the 450w Pure Sinewave Inverter. Bob's your uncle, you little ripper. Ran faultlessly for hours, checked temps on gearbox, engine, alternator seemed to be running sweat with all that load (everything was turned off on the truck) managed to hold 13.8V volts at 600rpm idle with all that running off it, I was stoked!! (neighbour probally had diesel fumes instead of two stroke!! LOL)
But missus, bubs and little Mikey were happy, cooked dinner on the barby couldn't ask for more!! (now I just have to work out how to get the air con from the surf pumped into the lounge room!!)
