Can anyone help with the correct measurements the torsion bars should be set to in a 96 Holden Rodeo (dual cab).

Chasing something like the bumpstop to arm distance or some such similar measurement (not a ground to wheel arch distance).

I'd measure mine (1997 dual cab) but I've toyed with it so much I wouldn't know the standard height. You could try going to car yards and measuring theirs however I tried that and didn't find one single Rodeo without a bullbar which of course affects front height. Considering the age of the vehicle in question any that you measure have probably sagged anyway even if they are supposedly standard.

Good luck.

Is that a TF model? If so I will scan a little diagram from the factory workshop manual.

Sure is, they were all TF models. A diagram would be much appreciated.
