Hi, anyone found a good quality mirror you can take camping with you without the danger of breaking it??? Looking for something at leasta 300mm square.

Saw some plastic mirrors for trimming with scissors to replace broken wing mirrors that would make good general purpose mirror. Available in SA at SuperCheap Auto stores, seen similar at campling stores as well.

When I go away on hol's I don't want to look at my ugly mug; don't shave for the 4 weeks etc.
If I did, I reckon I'd just turn the side wing morror around and have a gander in that.

Hi Austravel,

We travelled for 6 months round Australia with the campertrailer on some very rough roads. I carried a little pocket mirror in my wetpack and had no problems with breakage. I bought this particular one at DJs, and it folds up so it is protected from being rattled against other things. I certainly did for HWMBO to shave about once a fortnight! I used it very occasionally too.
Happpy travels
Anni

Thanks all for the suggestions. Don't use one that often but at times they are needed.

Hi Crazie,

No luck yet the only plastic ones I've found are very small. What would it cost for the perspecs stuff you have???

Thanks
