If anyone has a 70 series 3.5 5cyl diesel they will know that they run out of go fairly quickly on hills or at around 90km an hour when trying to pass. We have fitted a 3ltr diesel turbo unit onto a fabricated exhaust manifold on my nephews identical truck but the heat continually causes it to crack. We have built in a slip joint to the manifold but it does not appear ideal. Does anyone know whether there is a cast manifold out there as we haven't been able to locate one.

Yes i believe schwitser make it for their turbo setup. I had a turbo fitted to by bj70 and it transformed the performance to good....one piece cast manifold and t2.5 turbo. Russelvale turboglide did it for me, they will be able to give you more info...

Hey Dozer. Been away for the weekend and just read your post. Being in sheep shagging country over the ditch, can you get me some more contact details for Schwitser or Russelvale turboglide.
Cheers Buddy.
