Looking to fit my GME TX4400 to the 80 series next weekend. I have to mount it up high for various reasons. I saw at the 4x4 show in Melb last year Marks 4wd Adaptors had a roof console which I would like to purchase.

I was just wondering if anyone has purchased one of these units and how difficult/easy they are to fit?

I welcome your input. Thanks in advance.

They usually mount on the rear view mirror bolt holes, and the interior light one.. They will utilize current mounting points anyway.

They can be a bitch to fit sometimes, the GQ one is cause of the weight of the thing

also check out in Shi tney. they have a good range of them there.

That one looks like it would get in the way with the wank-o-meter showing you your on your roof.

The Wank o meter in an 80 series tells you how high you are getting, not as good as the ones that tell you that you have rolled.
