... one minute we are told to do one thing, because it's supposedly the right thing to do, then all of a sudden.............. it's wrong..........

For those of you who run 35 mm. SLR cameras, you may want to have a look at this link..... http://www.luminous-landscape.com/columns/sm-feb-05.shtml

As far as I'm concerned, my UV's are staying right where they are, on the front of my lenses.

Sheeeesh............ next thing they'll be telling us is, is that wearing sunglasses is bad for us.

I've got protection from UV, AIDS, Herpes.............

I remember watching on the telly once, about the big spy centre in the Southwest of England, which has the capability of intercepting & storing flagged messages over the telephone lines from around the world. If anything was deemed, well.... suspect, the relevant authorities would be alerted. Things like.... Bin Laden, 911.... all that sort of thing.

Iitywimwybmab?

I wonder what the boffins in England are thinking? I certainly can't work it out!

Expect a knock on your door at 0317 frs. in the morning. LOL!!!

Talking of BAD advice, in Perth we get this stupid little magazine with our gas bill, telling us about cost saving ideas, and stuff.

In this months issue it goes on about changing your BBQ to natural gas, so you can run it off the mains and blah blah blah, and then it gives some helpfull hints, one of which says...... put alfoil in the drip tray, not sand..... WHAT THE !!!!!

I did this when I was young and silly, and ended up with a fat fire in my BBQ that nearly burnt a hole in the plastic sheeting on the patio, and had to put it out with a fire extinguisher ! We were cooking chicken snags and chicken wings.

A few years later we had a BBQ grog-up at work, and the guy who organised everything forgot to put sand in the drip tray. Ended up with a fat fire, burning his hands, ruining the food and it buggered the BBQ plate.

Yeah my brother cooked a BBQ for us one night.

...

Yes, I mean he cooked the BBQ not the food! Took 4 people about 20 minutes to put the bugger out and then it kept flaring up again from the intense heat inside the smothered mess! Holy crap, never seen anything like it. Funny to look back on, lucky no one got hurt.

It's like the time I was in Africa some guy in Rhodesia went to bite on a not quite ripe bannana and accidantally poked himself in the eye. Eye surgery and 4 weeks in hospital. See,anything can be bad for you, anything can go wrong, it's just a matter of timing. I just went for a sip of my wine and am wondering why its spilled all over my right shoulder. Oops, it's bad, it's wrong, it must be my timing. Cheers.
