This is driving me crazy. The handbrake warning light on my car is flashing all the time and sometimes not going off at all. Anyone know where to find the sensor? Assuming this is the prob.

From memory its inside the center console. Remove the console box from floor and you will find the switch may be loose and shorting out giving you the disco ligh affect.
Could be wrong though :-)

How weird,
mine's just failed all together the other day... Bugger hey. You know you wouldn't think you use that little light. "I KNOW WHEN THE BLOODY HAND BRAKES ON!"
I drove a couple of k's the other day before I realised! WHOOPS!
Wondering why the car was so gutless! (shows how good yota hand brakes are - NOT).

Check your brake fluid level, my GQ had the same problem and all it was, was the brake fluid needed to be topped up.
