that block of flats reminds me of a Simpson episode where Flanders gets an RV so Homer goes off to the RV yard to try and out do him. He asks to see the best you can get and the salesman says, "this one comes with it's own satellite." Homer - "you mean its own satellite dish?" Salesman - "No, it's own satellite!"

Dont be to hard on the guy. I reckon he has been down a few tracks marked 4wd only and got delusions of grandeur. I punted my 1978 nissan camper to mt meharry marked 4wd and to
cave hill. but it took carefull driving and wasnt exactly extreme tracks - didnt make my old POS a 4wd though

In the Herald Sun about 12 months ago there was an article about a law suit - where else but the good ol US of A - between the makers of the winnebago motor home and an injured customer. The customer allegedley had just left the dealers in his new 40 foot bus, put the cruise control on and went aft to make a cuppa. Guess what? the bus somehow drove off the road and hit a tree! The customer succesfully sued the company for negligence in that they did not tell him explicitly that whilst on cruise control he had to remain at the wheel. It cost them several million and a new bus.

With all due respect it sounds like a load of rot to me. How can anyone be that stupid. I wont believe it until I get a share of the loot.
