Hey Peter,
I have a Lukey 2 1/4‘Exhaust from the cat Back on my Paj any bigger and I was told there wont be enough back pressure in the system and I could start burning exhaust valves (Someone Please Correct Me if its wrong) I get better pickup from a standing start but that’s all I have noticed oh and it’s a little louder wupee! I had
mine installed at the local Midas Centre.

Apparently the trick with these is to get a free flowing exhaust , rather then the restrictive one thats already there. I did that to
mine and its made a big difference.
Mine is a 2 1/2 inch , and they said that was the largest thats practical.

Flappa, did you replace the headers or just from the cat back?

Just cat back.
You could probably do better , replacing the whole lot , but didn't have the cash for that.
They cut the old muffler to show me. It went from 2 1/4 down to 1 3/4.
Replaced it with 2 1/2 , and its makes a diiference , and sounds good to.
