Set timing TOYOTA 2H

HELP I'm outback Oz, I removed injector pump to replace oil cooler housing.After replacing, engine won't fire. Yes all air is out of system.

I gather you did this without the aid of the 2H engine repair manual. tsk tsk!
Just out of curiosity I dug out my 2H engine manual and looked the injector pump up.
Mate, there's pages and pages of info, it all looks way complicated.
But, if you did not disturb anything or tried to rotate the pump by hand it should all line up again.
Perhaps you have gotten the EDIC arm on wrong or messed its adjustment, i would check that first. The manual also mentions that there are 2H's without an EDIC system, these have an "overinjection magnet" which needs a wire connected to it - don't know more about these, my 2H had an EDIC.
It certainly won't start with the EDIC in the wrong position.
