forum aware of any 4wd destinations in the Pyranees region of Western Victoria ?

See Murray White's excellent book of 4WD trips in Vic, "Off the beaten track". He has a trip through
the Pyrenees, including going up Mt Buangor.

I have just bought the new edition of Lewis & Savage's "4WD
treks close to Melb" (Boiling Billy, 2nd ed, 2002), and they have two tours in the region.

Stevo you can always contact one of the near by 4wd clubs such as Wimmera or
Grampians
we have spent many a happy hour up that area
but not when it is wet, there are many clay roads that become deadly with a bit of rain on them
