turbo for2 door 4.2 patrol with inline fuel pump

I have a 2 door patrol with an inline fuel pump and I was wondering if anybody knows if someone manufactures a turbo kit for this enfine its the same td42 the only thing the fuel pump its inline not rotary . safari doesnt do a turbo for it and I have written to many
places but nobody gives me an answer.

Does the throttle cable lead to a butterfly on the intake manifold or does it lead directly to the injector pump??
