Tuross River - Info for Smocky

You answered my email about the Eden / Malacoota by talking about the Brogo / Tuross area . I was going well south of theose areas this time , but I have been bass fishing on the Brogo and Tuross Rivers and done a three day whitewater kayak trip from the top of Tuross . If I can help you with any info pls get back to me .

I spent the week before last camped right by the water at Wonboyn River catching small snapper when the southerlies permitted , and last week at Wingan Inlet getting soaked for days on end . We fished one afternoon session on the run out with blue bait and got five flathead - 3kg , 2 x 2kg , 1kg , 1 half kg - had to give some of them away to similarly drowned campers.

I have just finished drying out all the canvass . Bummer weather .
