just at moment trying to work out if/when we can go and where we can camp with dog-have to go via sydney either on way up or back and then down coast of nsw/vic
perhaps come back to me in couple of months and check

does it weigh less than 20 kg (separate tyre from rim?)? Might be able to use Australia Post.
If not, Toll Ipec etc can do it for roughly the money you are talking (provided it isn't a slab of Tooheys Red). I had five disco wheels and tyres sent from Melb to Canberra by Toll for $105 about 2 yrs ago.

john, my daughter is coming up in sept school hols i could ask her if she has room leaving bendigo ,calling to carrara gold coast destination coolum,but maybe xomeone on the forum will be quicker
