Hi All,
Wondering if anyone knows of a way to get new window rubbers cheaper for the rear sliding windows on an 89 GQ patrol SWB.. Contacted Nissan and they want $1000 for the inner seal, track, and outer seal for both sides.. Tried some rare spare
places, but all they have is the track that the glass slides in.. Any ideas appreciated. Many thanks, Jeremy ...

Jeremy
A friend just got his done on his GQ LWB. I'd imagine the sliding windows are very similiar to that of the SWB. I know he paid MUCH less than $1000. I'll ask him if you like.
Cheers

Hi JeremyS,
A friend of
mine took his to place where they repair caravans, and they produced new window frames for him. It looks really good and will be definitely cheaper then Nissans. Unfortunatelly, I do not have and
pic of it.

I got
mine done 12 months ago for approx $500 all up for both sides. When the car yard coughed up for them (part of ther deal when we got car) they said they were glad it wasn't SWB as the price was double.Good luck,
check the gq patrol site.
