Not sure if this is allowed... but in case some of you don't read the trader section where I posted wanted ad.. I am after a Magellan Discover Aus Streets & Tracks cd and also Bluenav chart for Qld cd
I've searched the EO
shop but they don't have what I am after
Any help much appreciated

beware colour GPS's i believe
they are hard to read in daylight

Hey Nudenut...what you mean??..."they are hard to read in daylight". If you got rid of those "FS" sunglasses you may infact see that they are better than the monochrome version!! LOL

FX screen is actually very good - being (without doubt) perm. mounted in the car will also reduces adverse effects of direct light on screen. Color Meridian is another story - great at night though.

Poppy, when thinking of upgrading a couple yrs back, the hand held's, I was looking at were very hard to see in
bright daylight.
Lexoluk and The Explorer suggests that they may now be easier, let me know Poppy...still like to upgrade!

Haven't fitted the thing yet, maybe this weekend
My local dealer says he has sold 3 so far to 4wd owners and had good
feedback.
Big difference in price though, his price on special $1550 down from $1990, I bought
mine on Ebay $887 from wholesaler
Will let you know how it goes
