Hi all. I am trying to get any information on Nissan Patrol 2.8TD, GQ and GU, head gaskets. Has anybody had one "blow" at relatively low kilometres? All information gratefully recieved.

The GQ and GU 2.8s are different motors....
You could try the patrol list on yahoogroups for a better answer...

Truckster, the only difference btween GQ and Gu is intercooler and computers. I have asked the question on Yahoo Patrol also. Thanks for the reply.
