I can rember seeing a recipe for cooking bread and butter pudding on the Cobb, I think it may have been posted by Melissa. I have checked the archives but couldn't find it. Does anyone know of the recipe? Many thanks

Hi Michael,
Yeah, I've got a recipe for bread and butter pudding on my website but cooked in a
camp oven, not a cobb. I'm sure you could
cook it in a cobb though, might just have to experiment with cooking times a bit. Pretty easy recipe...be hard pressed to mess it up. Good luck!
