Hi all
Does anyone have any information on the distribution of the OPAL unleaded fuel. I have contacted BP direct, and after taking some time to speak to someone who new what I was talking about- there was no satisfactory response.
Those ExplorOz people out there generally know more than the authorities!!
Thanx

I was told by somebody
Shell have had it for ages, and BP proberbly as
well, i believe there is a govt incentive to roll it out, but from what i understand no reason it couldn't have happened years ago except now maybe money will make a difference.
I wouldn't hold your breath, especially given mosy people wont have tanks spare for it anyway.

Opal is a no-lead fuel with low levels of the aromatic hydrocarbon that appeals to the sniffers.
It is due to be supplied to Balgo community in April and will progressivley be supplied to about 40 communities - of which 17 are in WA.
