Hey all, I've just removed the Warn 12,000lb winch from the front of the 100, to make way for something quite new and innovative in the 4x4 recovery field, that myself and an engineering friend of
mine are working on....
In the mean time, what sort of money should I expect to get for a 3 y.o. 12,000 lb warn in good condition ?? - searched forum/trading post/ others, no luck..
Thanks in advance,
Jarrod.

Hi Jarod
Id be looking at 12-1500 for it, a 10,000 is worth 1k if in good nick, and a 15000lb is the new beast on
the block...seen them for 1800...so somewhere round there is ok..

Hey Andrew, in Toorak, 15 min east of Melb CBD. The winch is in good internal nick, but like all of em, a bit of surface rust, where mud leaves etc. cant be got at, between bottom of bullbar and winch body. when I pulled it off, there where about 10 different soil/sand colours!!!
Guess it's gunna be somewhere around 1,000 to 1,200..??
Jarrod.
